Unable to bear loss, Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister-in-law passes away


Unable to come to terms with Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden demise, the actor’s sister-in-law, Sudha Devi, has passed away at native, Purnia in Bihar.

It is said that Sudha Devi was dealing with prolonged illness and after knowing about Sushant’s death, she could not bear the grief. She had given up on drinking and eating, and the health deteriorated, where she often fell unconscious. Her health  worsened since Monday morning, and she breathed her last at 5 PM. Sudha Devi lived in Sushant’s ancestral village, Maldiha (Purnia).

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide at his Bandra residence on Sunday morning. He was only 34.

Mumbai Police found out during the probe that the 34-year-old actor was under medication for depression.

Sushant Singh Rajput was cremated on Monday at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Mumbai in the presence of family members and close friends from the film and TV industry. His  death has reignited the discussions around the struggle of survival in Bollywood, with many insiders highlighting “cruel and unforgiving” nature of the industry, particularly tough on outsiders.
