Rafael Nadal beat Novak Djokovic 6-0, 6-2, 7-5 in the French Open 2020 final on Sunday, claiming his 20th Grand Slam title and his 13th French Open title.
Djokovic failed to find any rhythm in the first two sets, and even though he gave a dogged fight in most games, all the important points were going to Nadal. The Serb found a way back in the third set and even managed to nose ahead. However, Nadal broke him again after two hours and thirty minutes of what was one of the greatest clay court performances of all time and then saw out the set 7-5.
Nadal is now 100-2 at Roland Garros, level with Federer on 20 Grand Slams and now has 13 French Open titles.
